At Zohemi Fine Wears, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Protection & Delivery All orders are covered under our delivery guarantee. If your order is not delivered within 30 days after shipment, you are entitled to a full refund — and you may keep the item at no charge if it eventually arrives. Please note that customs clearance delays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery timelines. Zohemi Fine Wears shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Non-Returnable Items Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
